Ever wondered about Historic Tax Credits?

The Better Housing Coalition is offering an educational workshop on Virginia's Rehabilitation Tax Credit Program on Saturday, June 9 from 9:30 am until 12 pm at 103 East Broad Street.  The tax credit program has lead to the revitalization of much of Richmond's historic houses, commercial properties, and industrial buildings in our city's great character neighborhoods: Jackson Ward, Shockoe Bottom, Manchester, Union Hill, Highland Park and the Fan to name a few.  If you've always wondered how to make Tax Credits work for you, this is the perfect time to learn!  The BHC will have local experts on the sometimes complex application process and on tax credit syndication (getting cash for your project).  Cost is $15 and goes to support the programs of the Center for Neighborhood Revitalization at the BHC.

Contact David Herring at the Better Housing Coalition for more information and to reserve a space. Call (804) 644-0546 ext. 37 or email d.herring@betterhousingcoalition.org.
